My name is Ilias, and my partner and I are planning to relocate to Utrecht around July 2026. After coming across your agency and listings, we wanted to inquire whether you currently have, or expect to have, any suitable rental opportunities available around that period.
We are looking for an apartment of approximately 40 m² or larger, suitable for two people, with a monthly budget of around €1,200–€1,500 inclusive.
I will be employed full-time, while my partner will be starting a Master's program next academic year. In addition, we are able to provide two guarantors if required, as well as proof of income and any supporting documentation necessary for the application process.
A little about us: we are a responsible and reliable couple in our mid-20s, quiet, tidy, and accustomed to living independently for several years. We highly value maintaining a clean and well-kept home and have always had positive relationships with previous landlords.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know whether there may be any suitable availabilities in Utrecht around July 2026, or whether there is a waiting list or registration procedure we should follow in advance.
