Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sam, and I am a 30-year-old data scientist currently living in Rotterdam. My contract is expiring on the last day of October, so I'm urgently looking for a new place. I recently signed a 1-year contract for a new job in Amsterdam and I will be earning 5000 euros gross per month. I have been living and working in the Netherlands for several years and consider myself a reliable, tidy, and respectful tenant who takes great care of the property I live in. If needed, I would be happy to provide a reference letter from my previous landlord. My preferred move-in date is October 30th, 2026, and I am ideally looking for a contract of at least 12 months. I am searching for a comfortable place that I can treat as a long-term home.
