Hi,
My name is Finn Henrik Wiese. I am a 26-year-old student from Germany, and I am looking for a suitable flat in the area for my upcoming master’s program in Public International Law at Utrecht University. My studies started on the first of September, but I would be happy to move in whenever it is possible as I am currently staying in a Hostel until I find suitable accommodation. My master studies will take approximately until the end of July/mid August, so I am looking for a place I can call home for that period. I also have a guarantor with a gross monthly income of 5000€ to guarantee stable rent payments, until I find work in the Netherlands to pay for the flat myself. If needed I can show the required bank statements to prove financial stability for the rent.
I am a clean and well-organized person and like the place I live in to be the same. I am fluent in English and German (and I understand Russian on a very basic level) and like to socialize with people, though I value my own time and safe space. I am an easy-going person and can adapt to almost all situations and living circumstances. The most important part for me in shared living spaces is honesty and open and pro-active communication to ensure all persons in the house truly feel contempt and at home. In my free time I like to socialize with friends, cook new recipes or do sports.
