Our totally refurbished apartment will be available for rent to a couple (or maybe one person) as of September / October (date can be discussed).

We are looking for respectful tenants who appreciate the home and neighbourhood.

Public transportation is good (bus every ten minutes) and it is a short bike ride to the city center of Utrecht. Several shops are nearby in 'the Gaard', the shopping mall.

It's a private one-bedroom apartment (52m2) with a living room and bedroom with a queen sized bed. Amenities include chairs/table/couch/chest, 43 inch flat screen tv (cable), Wi-Fi, a full-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine, and more.

Rent includes: part contribution Owners association, electricity (no gas is used), water, tv and internet subscription.

After we have received the applications and it seems there is a match we'll be happy to show you the home.

A contract will be signed by both parties before moving in to ensure everything will work out well.
