The kitchen (incl oven/microwave, gas stove, dish washer and refrigerator), bath room and bed room are situated on the second floor. The living room and the balcony are on the third floor.

Easily accessible by car and by train (Central Station 1500m, Station Vaartsche rijn 600m). Bus stop is across the street.

Shops like a supermarket, drug store, bakery, butchery and hairdresser within 100m.

I lived here myself for over 8 years with great pleasure and I leaving this lovely place with a heavy heart. I really loved the view over east Utrecht in the back and the view over the street in the front. The double glass windows keep the noise out. The fact that there are windows in de front and back, makes it easy to stay cool in summer. The high ceiling in the kitchen (6m) gives the apartment a spacious feeling and it's nice to be able to look down from the living room to the kitchen as there is a balustrade.
