Appartement huren: niet meer beschikbaar Oudegracht in Utrecht

Our apartment on the Oudegracht in Utrecht is available , because of an extended visit to South Africa for purposes of work and hoiday. We are a professional couple. I am a professor in philosophy of religion at the VU, but still a South African citizen and attached as an honorary professor to my former university, the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, and therefore has to perform some duties there from time to time. My wife is a therapist with a practice in South Africa and in the process of making a transition to the Netherlands.
It is an easy living, fully furnished apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining and sitting room with a beautiful view on the Oudegracht. The apartment is excellently suited for a couple or young family with one or two small children. The price of the rent is € 300 per week, but we have a strong preference for renting the apartment for the full period of 4 weeks to one tenant.
It is centrally located in Utrecht, 15-20 minutes walking distance from Utrecht Central Station, and only a few minutes of walking distance from the landmark Dom church, within reach of all your shopping needs. Commuting time to the VU by means of public transport is about half an hour, with a train every 15 minutes (further see the extract of GoogleMaps).
