We plan to relocate from Tokyo to the Netherlands in June 2025 and are seeking a long-term lease (2–5 years).

• Kenji (42) – Founder & CEO of a Japanese education company with stable annual income. I will run the business remotely from the Netherlands and am applying for a Dutch self-employed visa (Japan–Netherlands treaty).
• Yuka (45) – My wife; she will support our children’s transition and may work part-time later.
• Soshi (10) – Accepted to International School Utrecht; passionate football player.
• Yuuri (5) – Will attend a local Dutch public school; active, cheerful, and loves playing outside.

We have no pets and value quiet living, tidiness, and respectful relations with neighbours.
Municipal registration (BRP) is essential for us.
